Cambridge Tipi Wedding | Jane & Jonathan
Cambridge Tipi Wedding Photography | Cambridge Wedding Photography
Jane and Jonny planned a traditional church ceremony at St Mary’s Church, Swaffham Prior,
followed by a huge party in the grounds of the bride’s family home.
They hired me because they wanted natural yet stylish wedding photography to document their day, but without dominating it.
Following the church wedding ceremony, the couple arrived at their reception in the coolest vintage green sports car driven by the groom.
The wedding celebrations centered around a huge tipi marquee where the couple hosted a wonderfully relaxed wedding breakfast
with lots of lovely details like hay bale seating and country games for the kids.
All this coupled with the stunning countryside views made this a perfect wedding to shoot in my really natural documentary style.
I shot most of the day reportage / docu style, with time for portraits after the ceremony and later in the evening as the sun was setting.
We also shot some groups at the couple’s request, but not too many as to disturb the natural flow of
their casual yet stylish country wedding day.
These guys and their friends were so much fun to photograph as you can probably tell here….
